Abstract
Technological innovation is not only an important manifestation of a company's core competitiveness, but also a key means for international expansion. This article takes Chinese A-share listed companies as samples to empirically test the impact and mechanism of technological innovation on corporate internationalization. Research has found that technological innovation can significantly promote the internationalization of enterprises. Mechanism testing shows that technological innovation can promote internationalization of enterprises by reducing information asymmetry and facilitating digital transformation. Further research has found that the positive effect of technological innovation on corporate internationalization is more pronounced in large-scale, state-owned, and non-overseas executive enterprises. Based on this, suggestions are made for the government and enterprises: the government should encourage enterprises to engage in technological innovation and formulate differentiated policies according to regional and enterprise characteristics; Enterprises should attach importance to the application of digital technology and adopt an internationalization strategy.
