Abstract
With the rapid technological evolution in the telecommunications industry, traditional training methods have become inadequate due to issues such as lack of interactivity and low knowledge conversion rate. This paper focuses on exploring the innovative application of interactive learning in telecommunications training. Specifically, it investigates the “virtual-real synergy” model which combines virtual simulation and Seminar, and elaborates on the core advantages of virtual simulation teaching, such as safely reproducing high-risk operation scenarios and enhancing operational proficiency, as well as key features of the Seminar teaching method, including case-driven learning, group collaboration, and mentor guidance. This model not only enhances the practical skills of communications professionals but also cultivates their innovative thinking, providing effective support for the development of multi-skilled talent in the industry. Through analyzing the implementation process and effects of this model and summarizing successful experiences, it aims to propose directions for improvement at both technical and organizational levels, and point out its future development prospects in telecommunications training.
