Abstract
As global climate change becomes increasingly serious, carbon tariffs have drawn attention as a new type of trade policy tool in the international community. The implementation of this policy has brought numerous challenges to China's export trade. This paper systematically examines the current global status and development trends of carbon tariffs, and analyzes in depth their specific mechanisms of impact on China's export costs, international competitiveness, trade structure, and industrial restructuring. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes strategic countermeasures that China should adopt.
