Innovative Research on the Evaluation System of Labor Education Curriculum

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of single evaluation indicators, rigid mechanisms and neglect of quality cultivation in current labor education curriculum evaluation, this study takes the high-quality development of labor education as the core goal. It adopts literature research, empirical investigation and analytic hierarchy process, combs domestic and foreign frontier theories and practical experience of labor education evaluation, reconfigures the evaluation dimensions, indicators and main bodies, and carries out pilot verification and optimization. The results show that the constructed three-dimensional evaluation system breaks through the limitations of traditional evaluation, improves the scientificity and effectiveness of curriculum evaluation, and provides theoretical reference and practical path for the reform of labor education evaluation in schools at all levels.
