Abstract
This study focuses on exploring optimization approaches of community architecture under the guidance of common prosperity. Literature analysis, field investigation and comparative case research are employed to clarify the theoretical connection between common prosperity and spatial construction of communities. The research inspects the current development state of community architecture in both urban and rural areas, and identifies dilemmas including unbalanced spatial allocation, insufficient public service facilities and lack of inclusive design. Results show that community architectural optimization should take spatial equity and universal benefit as core principles, and carry out targeted adjustments in layout planning, functional configuration and livable design. The conclusions provide theoretical support and practical references for balanced development of urban and rural communities and high-quality construction of living spaces.
