Research on Green Building Design Concepts in New-Type Urban Development

Abstract
This study aims to explore the application and optimization of green building design concepts in the context of new-type urban development, so as to promote the sustainable integration of urban construction and ecological protection. By adopting the methods of literature review, case analysis and comparative study, this paper first combs the core connotation of new-type urban development and green building design, then analyzes typical green building cases in different new-type cities, explores the key design points and existing problems, and finally puts forward targeted optimization paths. The results show that green building design should closely combine the characteristics of new-type urban development, take ecological efficiency, energy conservation and humanistic care as the core, and provide theoretical and practical reference for the high-quality development of new-type cities.
