Abstract
In recent years, bullying in schools has become a frequent occurrence, which has attracted widespread attention because it is easy to occur and the harm is not easy to be detected in time, which adversely affects students' studies and lives. This study conducted an in-depth analysis of school bullying among primary and secondary school students in Shandong Province, and found that students have a one-sided understanding of bullying, a lack of relevant education and an urgent need for education. the study proposes countermeasures from the perspectives of the school, the family, and the bullies and the bullied: the government suggests the establishment of a multi-party mechanism and a sound system of laws and regulations; the school suggests the strengthening of emotional management learning, empathy training, and the development of interpersonal skills, as well as the establishment of a school social worker station; and the social worker suggests the recovery of the bully, the corrective treatment of the bully, and the attention to the issue of the family of origin's education. These comprehensive measures are aimed at ensuring students' safety and mental health in schools, and are of great practical and theoretical significance.
