          Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technologies, the financial industry is undergoing profound transformations. This research focuses on the impact of digitalization on the risk management of financial institutions, delving into how digital technologies reshape the ways of risk identification, assessment, response, and monitoring in financial institutions. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, it is found that digitalization plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of risk control and optimizing risk-making decisions. However, it also brings new risk challenges. Financial institutions should actively embrace digital transformation and establish a risk management system adaptable to the digital age to achieve sustainable development.
