Abstract
With the introduction of the “dual carbon” goals, low-carbon transformation and green development have become an inevitable trend for the hotel industry’s transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. This paper starts from the necessity of the hotel industry’s green and low-carbon transformation, analyzes the practical challenges faced during this process, demonstrates the specific measures and achievements of exemplary hotels in low-carbon transformation through case studies, and then proposes feasible countermeasures to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the hotel industry. It aims to provide insights for enterprises creating "low-carbon hotels” and to drive the hotel industry’s transformation and upgrading towards low-carbon and environmental protection, achieving a dual improvement in economic and environmental benefits.
