Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the popularization of Mandarin, Hangzhou dialect is facing the severe challenge of rapid decline and extinction. To explore new paths for the digital protection and dynamic inheritance of dialects, this study proposes constructing an electronic phonetic dictionary of Hangzhou dialect integrating "query, learning, and cultural inheritance" functions. This paper systematically elaborates on the core positioning, functional design, and auxiliary functions of the dictionary that incorporate cultural annotations and personalized learning, and explores the principles of lexical selection and compilation for the corpus. At the technical implementation level, a complete roadmap is planned, ranging from the selection of representative speakers, standardized phonetic data collection, to the design of structured databases and the architecture of front-end query systems. Meanwhile, the challenges and current limitations encountered during the construction process are also analyzed. This study aims to provide an operable theoretical framework and practical scheme for the digital preservation and contemporary dissemination of Hangzhou dialect, and also offer a reference for the protection of other endangered dialects.
