Abstract
Under the policy background of the “14th Five-Year Plan” national health Plan, holding sports events has increasingly become one of the important measures of urban modernization development. Although holding sports events can bring positive effects to the city in terms of politics, economy and culture, it also brings great challenges to its environmental protection and management.
