The Influence Mechanism and Empirical Test of Digital Inclusive Finance on Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Digital financial inclusion effectively promotes the rural revitalization by expanding financial services, increasing rural income and driving development of rural industries. On the basis of existing literature, this article constructs an index of rural revitalization in China, and measure the index by entropy weight method. Testing the impact of digital financial inclusion on rural revitalization, using economic level as a mediator variable to test impact mechanism of digital financial inclusion supporting rural revitalization. And Furth more, using threshold effect analysis method to test the nonlinear impact. The research show that digital financial inclusion has significantly improved rural revitalization, and the impact is non-linear, with dual threshold characteristics and significant regional heterogeneity.
