Research on the Path of High-Quality Development of "Double-Qualified" Teacher Teams in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts: A Case Study of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University

Abstract
Taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example, this article explores the new requirements of the new liberal arts concept for the construction of teacher teams in colleges and universities, especially for "double-qualified" teachers. The paper deeply analyzes the current situation and development difficulties of the teacher team at Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, and on this basis, puts forward specific suggestions such as innovating the "introduction, cultivation, use, and evaluation" mechanism, strengthening digital infrastructure to empower smart "double-qualified" teachers, and creating new paths for local internationalization, in order to provide references for promoting the high-quality development of "double-qualified" teacher teams in colleges and universities.
