Abstract
In the new era, there is an urgent need for a large number of compound digital and intelligent skilled talents who are proficient in technology, rules and logic. The construction of the "core entity foundation, dual-wing synergy, three key driving forces, and quadruple integration mechanisms" training model lies in the innovation of concepts, models and mechanisms, which effectively improves the quality of skilled talent training and social recognition. This model takes industrial colleges as the carrier to achieve school-enterprise collaboration, drives talent cultivation through platforms, projects and competitions, and integrates elements of thinking about specialties, specializing in innovation, industry-education, and science-education. The implementation strategies include precisely positioning the professional talent cultivation goals based on the logic of industry, effectively constructing the industry-education integration curriculum system guided by industry-education, comprehensively promoting the multi-dimensional construction of industrial colleges based on school-enterprise as the foundation, systematically cultivating compound skilled talents based on digital intelligence as the carrier, and effectively promoting industrial upgrading and social progress.
