Abstract
Civil aviation, as a national industry of strategic and technology-intensive importance, is undergoing a double transformation driven by the iterative upgrading of emerging productivity. On the one hand, there is a need to reconstruct the resource allocation system of vocational education. On the other hand, there is a need to transform a new type of high-quality skilled personnel training mode. The study's objective is to explore strategies for enhancing the synergy between the civil aviation vocational education ecosystem and the industry, with a focus on cultivating innovative and skilled talent that aligns with the industry's future demands. The objective of this study is to explore strategies for enhancing the factor configuration and action framework of civil aviation vocational education from the perspective of new quality productivity. This exploration aims to promote the deep integration of the education system and industry development, and to cultivate innovative and high-quality skilled talents that meet the future needs of the civil aviation industry.
