Abstract
In the new era, with the comprehensive implementation of quality education and the new curriculum reform in China, physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges is also facing innovation and reform. By innovating teaching methods, we can enhance teaching efficiency and quality, highlighting the educational value of physical education. This article primarily analyzes and explores the reform and innovation of physical education teaching methods in higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide some reference and inspiration for educators in China.
