Abstract
This study explores the intervention mechanisms of moral and humanistic education in higher education institutions to address the 'slow employment' phenomenon among college students. By analyzing factors such as individual value biases, social structural contradictions, and educational disconnection, the study proposes that moral and humanistic education can intervene through three dimensions: value guidance, psychological empowerment, and resource coordination. The research combines theoretical analysis with practical mechanism design to demonstrate the corrective role of Marxist labor theory and core socialist values in shaping employment perspectives. Specific implementation plans include curriculum integration, practical guidance, and dynamic tracking. The findings indicate that moral and humanistic education can effectively address the cognitive and behavioral challenges of 'slow employment' by reshaping professional values, enhancing psychological resilience, and integrating both internal and external resources. Ultimately, the study suggests strengthening the deep integration of moral and humanistic education with career development and establishing a tiered intervention system to achieve a dynamic balance between educational effectiveness and social needs.
