Abstract

The coordinated development of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education constitutes a systematic project, constrained by multidimensional factors including policy environment, cultural atmosphere, educational resources and evaluation systems. To facilitate their effective synergy, higher education institutions need to strategically establish a four-pronged safeguard mechanism encompassing policy guidance, cultural integration, resource consolidation and evaluation incentives. This framework aims to cultivate more interdisciplinary talents who possess a sense of national responsibility, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial capabilities, thereby adapting to societal transformation and serving national strategic needs.
