Abstract
With the intensification of social competition and the deepening of educational reforms, mental health issues among college students in China have become increasingly prominent, which have significantly affected the quality of higher education and social harmony and stability. Based on the current mental health status of Chinese college students and the practice of mental health education in colleges and universities, this paper systematically analyzes the difficulties and bottlenecks in the process of mental health education, including cognitive biases, insufficient resources, and mechanism fragmentation. It also proposes improvement strategies from the perspectives of conceptual innovation, system construction, and resource integration, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education for college students.
