Abstract
How to achieve high-quality development in application-oriented undergraduate universities is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in China's higher education system. Starting from the connotation, challenges, and opportunities of high-quality development in applied undergraduate universities, this article explores the path of high-quality development. In order to achieve high-quality development, application-oriented undergraduate universities must firmly adhere to the educational philosophy of "application-oriented", strengthen the construction of "dual teacher" teaching staff, reform the teacher evaluation system, seize the opportunities of industrial upgrading and technological revolution, and promote the integration of industry and education.
