Abstract

The digital transformation of education underpins the highquality development of higher education in the new era. Digital technologies are reshaping educational philosophies, operational models, content systems and governance mechanisms. Based on the theory of allround human development and oriented to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, this paper systematically sorts out the core essentials, generative logic and theoretical support of digitalempowered education in accordance with the laws of talent cultivation in the new era, and elaborates on its multidimensional values in political, educational, social and innovative dimensions. Digital empowerment conforms to the laws and practical demands of talent cultivation in the new era and constructs an integrated smart education ecosystem. This modern talentcultivation model drives the standardized transformation, scientific development and connotative improvement of ideological and political work in universities, and provides solid theoretical foundations and practical guidance for academic research and frontline practice in institutions of higher education.
