Abstract
Based on the OEM software design method of Siemens 840D CNC system, using the development environment provided by 840D CNC system, taking gear grinding control of CNC grinder as the research object, using object-oriented programming language VB, a specialized human-machine interface, and using VC to create a language dynamic link library, a dedicated operating interface for CNC gear grinding machine tool was developed. By inputting parameters through the human-machine interface, parameterized automatic machining is achieved, meeting the special needs of CNC grinding machine gear machining and greatly improving machining efficiency.
