Abstract

To propel the digitization of financial operations within universities, this study delves into the current application status and pivotal challenges of RPA technology in university financial shared service centers within the context of the Digital China initiative. Through the examination of practical cases, an analysis is presented on the underlying causes of dilemmas related to system integration, specialized workforce, interdepartmental collaboration, and adherence to security regulations. Proposing a series of optimization measures including the standardization of comprehensive processes, diversified funding and talent acquisition approaches, cross-departmental cooperation, and the establishment of a security-compliant framework, this research seeks to offer valuable insights for enhancing the efficacy of RPA technology within university financial shared service centers.
