Research on the Integrated Device for Detecting and Replacing Hollow Bricks on Side Walls

Abstract
This paper presents an integrated device for detecting and replacing hollowed-out bricks on side walls, which is used for quality inspection of paved brick walls and replacement of hollowed-out bricks. Research and experiments have shown that the analysis algorithm module in the device can accurately control the movement of the roller, mark and cut the gaps between wall bricks, effectively saving workers' time for inspection and replacement of wall bricks.
