Abstract

Vocational education has an irreplaceable mission to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, skilled craftsmen and great national craftsmen. Higher vocational colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have built a trinity cultivation system of "value-competence-practice" through the creation of cultural atmosphere, cultivation by artisan instructors, transformation of competition results, innovation of teaching field, deepening of school-enterprise collaboration and strengthening of guarantee, and realised the transformation from concept to practice for the cultivation of artisan spirit. It has achieved the transformation from concept to practice, and opened up a characteristic road for the cultivation of craftsmanship in vocational education.
