Abstract
The efficiency of classroom learning is a key index for evaluating the quality of teaching in vocational colleges, directly influencing the effectiveness of technical talent cultivation. This paper selects evaluation index through literature review and questionnaire surveys, builds a student listening efficiency evaluation model based on AHP-FCE that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education, and conducts empirical analysis to diagnose the key issues affecting listening efficiency. Then, based on AI agents and digital twin training technology, improvement measures are proposed, and the effectiveness of the improvements is verified using multivariate statistical methods from three dimensions: statistical significance, practical significance, and overall effect. The research results validate the effectiveness of the evaluation model and improvement measures, providing scientific tools and practical references for the diagnosis and improvement of classroom teaching quality in vocational colleges.
