Abstract
In order to promote the targeted development of museum cultural and creative products, and to achieve the goal of meeting the more diversified needs of users as well as the personalized services of enterprises. We identify users' relevant needs from a large number of online museum cultural and creative product evaluations, use the LDA model to cluster the online evaluations to derive the design dimensions and key points, and use the AHP hierarchical analysis method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the three dimensions of the clustering results. Based on the results of the study, three strategic development proposals for cultural and creative products are proposed: to strengthen the establishment of the museum cultural system and highlight the cultural baptism effect of cultural and creative products; to strengthen the usability of cultural and creative products in museums and reinforce the relevance of "people-objects-environment"; and to enhance the creativity of cultural and creative products and promote the cultural inheritance and innovation of museums.
