The Influence of Post-Materialist Values on the Slow Employment Phenomenon of College Students - Based on a Qualitative Research of a Certain University in Zhengzhou

Abstract
With the accelerated expansion of the globalization process and the rapid development of the social economy, the post-materialistic value concept has gradually emerged among the youth in today's society. The phenomenon of slow employment has emerged in the context of the present era and has increasingly attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society. This article aims to explore the specific impact of post-materialistic values on the phenomenon of slow employment, that is, through a qualitative study of undergraduate students majoring in liberal arts at a certain university in Zhengzhou, to deeply analyze the motivational factors and behavioral logic of young people in the choice of slow employment. This article comprehensively reveals the intrinsic connection between post-materialistic values and the phenomenon of slow employment through methods in-depth interviews, and analyzes the choices and motivations of young people in employment.
