Abstract
This research endeavors to construct a questionnaire for assessing the psychological construction of primary school students and to examine its current state. The study begins by establishing a theoretical foundation based on a two-dimensional framework of psychological construction, leading to the creation of an initial questionnaire. Subsequently, a random sample of 200 primary school students is selected as participants for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability assessment. Following this, an additional cohort of 200 primary school students is chosen for confirmatory factor analysis and validity testing, culminating in the development of the final version of the questionnaire. Ultimately, this validated questionnaire is employed to conduct a survey of the psychological construction status of 400 primary school students. The findings reveal that: (1) The finalized questionnaire consists of 15 items categorized into five dimensions: overcoming negative mindsets, fostering positive mindsets, parental support in psychological construction, teacher support in psychological construction, and friends' support in psychological construction. The constructed questionnaire demonstrates commendable reliability and validity, positioning it as an effective tool for measuring psychological construction capabilities among primary school students. (2) The overall levels of psychological construction among primary school students are found to be satisfactory, with notable disparities in total scores, particularly concerning teacher and peer support across different grade levels.
