Abstract
At present, cyberspace and residents' daily life have been deeply integrated, and the degree of participation in cyberspace reshapes the individual's perception logic of social justice. Based on the survey data of CGSS2023, this paper constructs the cyberspace participation index from the three dimensions of equipment foundation, use intensity and information dominance, and systematically examines the impact of cyberspace participation on Residents' sense of social justice. The study found that excessive participation in cyberspace would significantly reduce residents' sense of social justice. In this process, the subjective perception of upward mobility played a partial intermediary role, while the use of traditional media had a significant positive regulatory effect on Residents' sense of social justice; The impact effect is more prominent in rural areas and vulnerable groups with low education. The research reveals the impact of information differentiation on Residents' perception of social equity in the digital age. Based on this, policy suggestions are put forward to bridge the digital divide, play the buffer role of traditional media, and improve the social equity security system, which provide empirical support for optimizing digital governance and enhancing residents' sense of equity.
