Abstract
As children's first teachers, parents exert a profound influence on adolescents' physical and mental well-being. As the social environment changes and educational demands keep expanding, a widening gap has emerged between the responsibilities parents shoulder and their family education competence, giving rise to parental educational anxiety. Focusing on the educational anxiety of parents of adolescents, this study draws on documentary survey and case analysis to expound the effects of parental educational anxiety from multiple perspectives, analyze its causes, and propose pathways for its alleviation, with a view to enhancing family education competence, improving the quality of family education, and cultivating a favorable family education atmosphere.
