Abstract
With the deepening of digital transformation, enterprise management innovation has become a key path to enhance competitiveness. This paper reviews the basic concepts and characteristics of digital transformation, combines the theoretical basis of management innovation, and systematically analyzes its specific manifestations and implementation mechanisms in organizational adjustment and process optimization. Research shows that digital transformation is not only the application of technology, but also a comprehensive reshaping of enterprise management mode. Organizational adjustment enhances the flexibility of enterprises through the construction of flat structure and agile team, while process optimization improves operational efficiency with the help of data-driven and automated technology. Based on this, this paper proposes that management innovation needs to be deeply integrated with technological change, and continuous improvement is achieved through the steps of cyclic optimization, providing practical guidance and theoretical reference for enterprise managers.
