Exploration of the Cultivation Mode of Applied Talents in Economics Major of Local Ethnic Universities - Guided by Serving the Economy of Ethnic Regions

Abstract
The cultivation of applied talents is an important driving force to promote the economic development of ethnic regions. This paper focuses on the economics majors of local national colleges and universities to serve the economic development of national regions as the employment-oriented, in-depth exploration of applied talent cultivation mode. By analyzing the status quo of economic development in ethnic areas and the current demand for talents, it reveals the problems in the cultivation of economics majors in local ethnic colleges and proposes to build up a talent cultivation mode covering clear cultivation objectives, optimized curriculum system, strengthened teacher team construction, deepened school-enterprise cooperation, etc., aiming at cultivating applied economics talents that meet the needs of economic development in ethnic areas and promoting the reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode in local ethnic colleges and universities. The aim is to cultivate applied economics talents who meet the needs of the economic development of ethnic areas, and to promote the reform and innovation of the talent cultivation mode of local ethnic institutions.
