Abstract
This study focuses on the current situation and influencing factors of pregnant women's willingness to have children again.2025 In April, 238 pregnant women in Shiyan City were selected through online and offline questionnaires to analyze the influencing factors with independent sample t-test and logistic regression. The results showed that only 62 (26.1%) of the 239 pregnant women had the intention to have another child, and the logistic regression showed that age, occupation, position, and the ideal number of children had an impact on the intention to have another child. In view of the low willingness of pregnant women to have children, it is recommended that the relevant departments take positive measures to address these factors, such as increasing support for universal childcare and childcare services, reducing the cost of childcare, improving childcare benefits, and perfecting the regulation of the media, in order to create a favorable environment for childbearing.
