Abstract

Higher education is the primary way for the country to cultivate high-end talents, and the quality of higher education directly affects national prosperity and the quality of social and economic development. The quality evaluation of higher education from the perspective of high-quality development is related to the development direction of higher education and is a key dimension in the current national reform process. This paper analyzes the construction of a higher education quality evaluation system from the perspective of high-quality development, and puts forward reasonable development suggestions by analyzing the significance of constructing the higher education quality evaluation system combined with the current situation. The purpose is to promote the improvement of higher education quality and provide strong support for the enhancement of talent training quality.
