Research on the Integration of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture and Labor Education in Talent Cultivation

Abstract
As an important component of Chinese culture, the excellent traditional Chinese culture embodies profound wisdom and core values. However, in modern education, students' understanding and identification with traditional culture have gradually declined. Labor education, as a crucial means of cultivating students' comprehensive qualities and innovative thinking abilities, also faces challenges. Therefore, exploring the integrated educational approach of combining excellent traditional Chinese culture with labor education holds significant importance. This study aims to organically incorporate elements of excellent traditional Chinese culture into labor education. With a focus on pedagogical innovation, practical innovation, and media integration innovation, it proposes pathways for integration to enhance students' cognition and understanding of traditional culture and improve the effectiveness of labor education.
